We are pleased to see you here at The Property People Manchester.

After being involved in the Manchester property scene for over 20 years, we thought it prudent to introduce ourselves a little more formally.

We are a group of investment partners who started buying properties predominantly in the East Manchester area, we are now one of the largest agents in Manchester with over 130 properties.

Jan Olszanski has 25 years of property investment experience as a buyer and Landlord in the London and Manchester areas.

Chris Szady has over 10 years’ experience in the property business, renovating and then managing properties.

Steffan Olszanski has 2 years experience as an estate agent initially in Manchester and then Cardiff. He is a new landlord and has experience in the purchasing, renovating and letting of properties in both areas.

We invest in 1,2,3 bedroom terraced houses or flats in areas identified as up and coming with good capital growth and income.

We do not invest in off-plan or new developments.

As an investor, you will be buying in the same streets that we have already invested in.

There is a huge demand for our rental properties  – a property will normally rent out within three days of being put on the market.

We are a one-stop shop.

We source property, you buy it, we renovate it, find a tenant and then manage it on your behalf.
